A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you
get started.

Is the tracker really free?

Yes. Download the full spreadsheet without paying or joining the email list. There is no trial period or subscription for the tracker.

Can I use it in Google Sheets?

The download is an Excel (.xlsx) file. In Google Sheets, use File → Import → Upload to create your own spreadsheet from it. Check your time zone and date settings so the follow-up reminders match your day.

What happens to the leads I enter?

They stay in your spreadsheet. ISR Desk cannot see your contacts, notes, or project values. If you use a cloud spreadsheet service, your file is stored with that service.

Does it send follow-up emails for me?

No. The tracker highlights overdue and due-today items so you can decide what to do next. You send your own messages and update the next action and follow-up date.

What if I have never used a lead tracker?

Start with the eight fictional sample leads. The Setup guide explains each field and the status colors. Replace the examples, add your open opportunities, and give each one a next action and date.
